Dear All,
Welcome to Hong Kong, host of 2009 PAPS Congress on May 10-14, 2009, a vibrant city where the East meets West, natural beauty coexists with exciting technologies, and heritage merges with modern convenience. As a global hub at the heart of Asia, it is easy to reach, and convenient to explore.
The Congress will be organized in the fine tradition of PAPS, seamlessly mixing fun and knowledge. The program will feature scientific presentations from which papers will be selected for publication in a dedicated issue of the Journal of Pediatric Surgery, a GAP (Guest Assistant Program) Fellowship Lecture featuring a guest pediatric surgeon from a developing country, a Gans Memorial Lecture on a non-pediatric surgical subject, golf and tennis tournaments, a whole day tour, and the famous Congress Banquet highlighting a most enjoyable songfest by members and guests from all participating countries.
